Applicants must be at least 18 years old and there is no nationality restriction, but preference is given to Chinese documentary filmmakers. Applicants must register individually and cannot apply on behalf of a company.

Registration is only accepted through the official website. Please follow the steps below on the submission system's homepage:
Step 1: Click on the link to submission to enter the submission system.
Step 2: Click on "Register Account" and fill in your email address. A four-digit verification code will be sent to that email address.
Step 3: Check your email inbox for the verification code and enter it on the registration page.
Step 4: After entering a password on the registration form, click on "Save as Draft" to complete the account registration.
Step 5: Once your account registration is completed, click on "Edit/Submit" on the submission system's homepage to continue with the application process.

No registration fee is required for proposal submissions.

Yes, you can modify your application data or upload files as many times as needed before formally submitting the online application form. Before submitting, make sure to click on "Save as Draft" for any modifications. Please note that once you click on "Submit," you will not be able to make further changes.

Selected proposals are required to participate in two workshop stages arranged by the organizers between July and September.

During the conference, accommodation will be arranged for all selected participants by the organizers. Details regarding transportation and accommodation arrangements will be notified via email after the announcement of the selected list.
