    Registration is only accepted through the official website. Please follow the steps below on the submission system's homepage:
    \r\nStep 1: Click on the link to submission to enter the submission system.
    \r\nStep 2: Click on \"Register Account\" and fill in your email address. A four-digit verification code will be sent to that email address.
    \r\nStep 3: Check your email inbox for the verification code and enter it on the registration page.
    \r\nStep 4: After entering a password on the registration form, click on \"Save as Draft\" to complete the account registration.
    \r\nStep 5: Once your account registration is completed, click on \"Edit\/Submit\" on the submission system's homepage to continue with the application process.
